Revealed without much fanfare at all, A-ha keyboardist and artist Magne Facebook has released a thoughtful enjoyable album in 'Living with Ourselves'. As a solo artist he's been featured many times on our playlists (at least at Christmas) thanks to his 2019 ‘White Xmas Lies' album, here he seems to reflect positively on all the good and bad fortunes in his career and life. All the tracks were released as singles in the last few months, and as an album it is a coherent, easy-listening release, from the bold, anthemic opener 'look how far we haven't come', through to the cute duet 'time is on your side', which features vocalist Tini Flaat. There's even room for a more positive festively themed song in 'giving in to Christmas'. Definitely worth a listen.
